This is a great money maker to help lower level people get the gear they want for their toons.
Or, if you're not starting out, and you have plat, transfer 5pp to your shared bank.
If you're just starting out, do the mail quest 10 times to make 20pp.
Once you've made that much plat, create your mule. Create a high elf and max out the CHA. Leave the mule in the tutorial section of the game. Buy stacks of bone chips from the merchant for 3 gold and change a stack. Often times, the merchant will have over 1,000 in queque, so you just may luck out. Other times, its not so great (maybe a stack here and there). Wait a couple of days and log back in with your tutorial mule and try again.
Set up another mule in the bazaar and sell the chips (after you've transferred them) for 1pp each. On a good night, I may pull in 500pp-1000pp.
Or in the PoK auction them for plat in bundles. I usually sell mine for 75pp-100pp for 200 bone chips when selling bundles.
