Here is a thread about how to instantly raise your faction to do the armor quests in OOW. It works. I've done it.

Here is a bug in Muramite Proving Grounds to get up the wall and be able to walk past see invis mobs, so you can easily get to either the trials or a named mob you might want to kill:
