Vanilla MQ2 4/20/06

This is MQ2 with only the core plugins based on the 4/20/2006 MQ2 Zip, anti-warp/plugin date check/fade/gate etc have all been removed.

Thank you Soul for cleaning up this thread of the flames as well, I couldn't believe that someone went to the trouble to help us here and got "rasberried" for it. Felt like I was visiting the mq2 boards again!

Yeah thanks for this compile btw. The only thing I really use is faerune :P So just dropped in the dll. Thanks again
