This is the XP tracker from RG Mercs extracted and with some small changes. Still work in progress, but since its XP bonus...have a try!
You can set the horizon in various steps (60s, 5m, 30m, 60m) and see how your XP is gained over time. Optimize downtimes, or check the effect vitality (https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/vitxp.3059/ - shameless plug) has!
