Utility TGBuff 1.0

My first Lua be gentle with me.

A tool for people running multiple toons in a raid to use Tranquil Blessings and Re-buff the raid.

Version 1.0 is designed for lvl 120 toons, and will currently organise and cast 17 Spells:

• Luclinite Blessing
• Talisman of the Ursurper
• Spirit of Tala'tak
• Talisman of the Tenacious
• Voice of Perception
• Hastening of Jharin
• Legion of Liako
• Legion of Xetheg
• Eclipsed Rune
• Unified Hand of the Diabo
• Shout of the Dusksage Stalker
• Shared Merciless Ferocity
• Spiritual Erudition
• Brell's Tenacious Barrier
• Circle of Emberweave Coat
• Perfected Dead Man Floating
• Glyph Spray

Since your raid may not have enough Enc's to cast all these spells in one pass, it will perform up to 5 passes of the raid to cast everything.

Also NOTE:
Version 1.0 has no method to determine your Spell RK for certain spells (Legion, Eclipsed Rune) so you must edit the exact description. If a Spell isnt getting cast, its probably the spell rank causing the issue.
