Like the ini, is there a reason it uses a lot of 115 spells instead of 120? Just learning Ranger.

I realized I never updated this - I don’t run my ranger in my main group, so it’s slipped my mind literally every night I sit down to work on INIs. Biggest change would be summers sleet and the new discs

Well done. I main a ranger...since 99. He's pretty end game and I have an excellent melee ini I built years ago that is current. I wanted to find one and not make one for the humanoid zones and came across this. It works very well! Thanks!
