Adjustments and Improvements to Meditation and Spell Memorization (#320)

Fixed various issues with the AutoMed function, and underlying issues with that function that were caused by issues in spell memorization events and functions.

* Meditation options are now fully functional, and I have updated some tooltips for clarity.
* * This should correct #265 , among other issues.

* The script will now handle spell memorization cancellation due to player induced movement or other actions while the spell is being memorized.
