fixed a bug and added some variables to change

now tries to update id if the healed toon dies and then comes back.. or if zoning it may work without restarting the mac

added that if no spell is memmed in a gem it wont try casting it.. i.e you can disable heals by not having anything memmed in gems 1 to 3.. same with buffs and debuff
