Named Mode

Now checks both group and raid (x3) main assists for named targets when deciding to turn tribute on and off.

Named NPCS

Updated with option to activate when fighting a named NPC. Will turn off when no longer fighting a named and the timer gets low.

Fixed error in Logic Tree.

Now works correctly even after reload. - wired420

Updated to Save/Load previously selected settings.

Saves info to ServerName_CharacterName.ini in main MQ\Release directory under heading [MQ2TributeManager].
