Combat Assist MQ2AFNuke

Druid - Added some more DoT support (still have a bunch to add). Added AE spells and support (still have a bunch to add). Added spell Twincast. Magician - Added a ton of spells for lower levels. Enchanter - Added item clicky support that was missing. Added item clicky to GCD. Wizard - Fixed global cooldown AA Nukes and item clickies. Removed some refactored code that was commented out.

Added missing dicho upgrades for MQ2Heals and MQ2AFNuke. Changed the way assist works... should change targets based on your configuration:
/nuke assist Default -> Default
/nuke assist Group -> Group Only
/nuke assist Raid# -> Assist Raid# Only
/nuke assist XTarget -> XTarget Only
/nuke assist Playername -> Assist PC named Playername Only

• Updated for CoV spells
• Added option to assist player that is not MA/Raid MA. "/nuke AssistPlayer ToonName" and "/nuke clearassistplayer" to reset
• added Dark Shield of the Scholar clicky to GCD actions
• Removed "Rk." from Mage Orb names.

Fixed Enchanter burns. Added /nuke doswarm on|off for wizard swarm pets (Call of Xuzl AA).

Started on Enchanter buff support (it's not nearly done yet). Updated Ranger spell/aa order a bit.

- Updated Magician burn AAs and added code to use Gather spells and mod rods.
- Updated Ranger Burn section and melee/bow code. Replaced Copestalker's line with Pureshot, and removed Scout's Mastery of fire. Ranger updates are untested.

Fixed Wizard nuke bug introduced with pet attack code. Added timer to pet check, added pet attack code to Enchanter. Fixed timer issues.

Refactored a ton of code. Added Mage pet support (pets and swarm pets should now switch targets with the mage). Fixed mage spire AA. DoMed is still broken, so turn it off if you're having issues. Also, send me your issues.

Updated MQ2AFNuke and MQ2Heals. Fixed an issue with /nuke memorize array bound checking that caused a crash. Also, made (only for Wizards at this point) /nuke memorize try to pick the ideal spells for your current level (of course, you must have them in your spellbook to mem them). Re-Factored a ton of code to eventually combine MQ2AFNuke and MQ2Heals into a single plug-in. It will be especially handy for Droods and Shaman that like to DPS (though I haven't added Shaman DPS to AFNuke yet). There is some sort of bug with Drood DPS occasionally breaking. I haven't fixed it yet.
