Few Tweaks

Added a heal section using healing will discipline and furious discipline. Fixed Opportunistic strike to use the newer Strategic strike instead. Replaced the 2HBlunt swap for opportunistic strike as it's not necessary. Added a Shield topple command from combat skills, with an assisting bandolier swap to a shield and then back to a bandolier set defining your aggro weapons. Also added two clickies from Feerrott. The Explorer's Cape seems to be a permanent buff, so that line could be removed most likely.
