This wiz has epic + kunark shield. When low mana, she will nuke with nothing but the shield.
As noted in the KissAssist instructions, when you want to turn a spell OFF change the MobHealth% to 0. Right now I have all frost spells off due to most Velious mobs having high CR.
Please let me know if you have any notes or improvements, I'm not a good wiz player!
