I've used this ini for my 100 cleric doing heroics. This is for healing only I use no dps stuff. Also I don't put many buffs in because i use multiple clerics sometimes in the same group and one has rank 3s. I use multiple versions of Fraught Renewal (lower cast time bigger heal but has cool down but they do not share the same timers) so you can use 2 or 3 of them and they cure det effects. This also has the healing AAs in AE section for crits and faster heals.
You have to edit kiss to do 15 heals. open kiss find /declare Heals[10] and change it to /declare Heals[15]
