I think the unspoken answers is buy CTWN and use the missing functionality. 🌮🌮🌮
Rgmercs spell definitions are probably the best source of this information currently. Just annoying to collate by expansion.
Hdex = most DPS (most popular for all melee including tanks)
Hsta = possible better survivability (raid)
Hagi = questionable returns at high levels
Hstr - best mitigation? (but pretty marginal)
Hcha = clear choice
have there been changes to autologin?
Now when logging in in the username field in the everquest UI, I'm seeing "<profile name>_<servername>:<character name>" which seems really weird to me. Although it is still logging in successfully.
Seems super weird to me that it's putting that odd text...
I'm also having some framerate issues with an older nvidia GeForce GTX 745. Although I also stopped using Joe Multiboxer this patch (stopped working). So that could be part of the change from me.
I feel like they are really lacking a game designer to manage the scalability of game.
They really need to add double crit for zerkers and such - so that if your crit rate is 112%, you have a 12% chance of doubling your crit modifiers damage.
4k hdex maxes accuracy.
Except for war and berserker, will continue to get crit rate increase after 4k.
So it's complicated without a simple yes/no answer
Compute song cast time dynamically (fix slow cast during quicktime)
Track dot timer per mob (more dps!)
be passive during silence and invulnerability
default to debug off (when first loading plugin for first time)
Back to the original post, I'd probably go rogue, beast, ranger if refilling a team.
People get too distracted by the individual DPS numbers, and don't look at total dps
