And one more tidbit; it looks like 38062 is used by the level 86 Shamman AA with the name of Talisman of Celerity I (showing the rank), and 16814 maps to the level 85 Druid AA Spirit of Eagles (which casts Flight of Eagles I)

I will have to look when I get home (spells_us.txt) - but I do know that the spell ID that lands are the numbers I would suspect (3185 and 3391 respectively - via right click ). What is being requested through Dannet are the ones with ranks added. Note: Clarified this and above text.

Here is a last tidbit to help—it looks like it has to do with ranks beyond the expansion noted. As can be seen, it is trying to [verify the existence of] 16814 vs. 3185. This is the same issue with the Shammy—it should be [verifying the existence of] Talisman of Celerity with an ID of 3391, but...

The only change on the server end was to enable Mercs (Mercs:AllowMercs to true, set Expansion:CurrentExpansion to 19) - have been (always) using RoF2 client. Group config (All level 71 with about 700 aa) SK, SHM, DRU, BRD, RNG, MAG - MAG and SHM have pets Ranger has Run Buffs disabled, Druid...

What I was seeing is wiz/pet grab of agro (pet had taunt off) - deleted supporting config .. restarted .. seems ok.

Emu / SK / Troll / Level 71 Single group / tagged as MA/MT/Puller All works well, and engages well - but does not use "Taunt" ability.

It looks like part of the loot_lib.lua, referenced on line 171 - where the SQLite db is defined (created on 378). And is failing on line 302. You can see the same error trying to add (and then remove) from the Global/Normal items table.
