I want my shaman to use lynx under the dps section but not to do every mob because its using alot of mana and i was wondering if i could do a condition where it casts it at 95% mob health but not if i currently have the buff in my buff window

Yeah I have tried that, than I found another post on here about not having my UI right, I went into the UI and it wasn't right and so I copy/pasta the extendedtargetwnd portion from a friend of mines who was working, and I still cant get it to work
