yeah thanks that is what im thinking, because a GM can see your soulmarks on any charactor your on that would mean its account based. And Trust me losing some veteran AA's are the least of my worries, only have 4 on the account now, and double exp when ya got 1900aa aint needed anyway. Anymore...

Just a question are soulmarks against the account itself or against the character? I know i am one more offense from being banned, wondering if i char xfered to a new account would it free up those bad soulmarks or do they transfer?

Thanks for the fast update. Havent been able to play with it too much but so far Rwarp /plugins fine but the first command you give it = big crash.
