You've discovered RedGuides, an EverQuest multi-boxing and scripting community 🧙♀️⚙️. We want you to play several EQ characters at once, come join us and say hello! 👋
A TLP without truebox has thawed (Very Vanilla ready)
There's a lot you can do with it. It's highly customizable, and depending on your play style if you like to manually control your toons it makes it pretty easy to do.
My most iconic memory was making my first EQ friend.
/Pulls up a chair and sits down.
Way back in 99 my cousin introduced me to EQ. I had no idea what it was and wasn't really that much into gaming, I didn't even have my own computer. I watched him play and everything about it just sucked me...
The ghouls! I totally remember trying to kill my first ghoul. Made the long ass run from qeynos. me and a friend tried to kill one and I started to freak out not being able to kill him. Took us a while to figure out the magic weapons part. Good times.
It's only 5 lvls and it should go quick. Overseer should get you at least 14% a day, burn lessen, do collections, and progression tasks. You can also do older progression and missions if you haven't done them already
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've used it before, but it's been a while and it always worked picking up globes. I just tried using it today and it only sometimes works. The toon usually just sits there even if he next to a globe, other times he'll nav and pick up. I don't see the Nav arrows...
Ok I got it to work now. Having render game scene checked on, and Draw ImGui & Draw Game UI checked off works while broadcasting. Toons in the background still get simulated fps and CPU usage gets saved.
It seems like the problem is related to Draw ImGui and Draw Game UI. If the boxes are checked, broadcasting works, but CPU usage goes back to normal and is no longer useful to me. If NOT checked, CPU usage gets saved but can't broadcast. Not sure I can find a way around this
Several weeks ago I had problems with ISBoxer and everquest, that's all sorted out now and I can again use ISB and MQ together. But last night I was testing my keys out and I ran frame limiter on my toons and it seems that I'm not able to key broadcast while using frame limiter. Is there...
I just ran into something like this. Testing things out on my combat dummy in one of my guild village houses. Auto skills work, AAs work but melee attack wont work, it turns on but the toons don't swing or do damage. Didn't happen to all my toons just 2. Camped out and zoned back in and melee...
I think most warriors would say HDex. My warrior has higher HStam but my gear is lacking and it's a mix of ToL and Nos, my augs are whatever I find that will benefit me. But even being under geared I can still tank multiple mobs and run missions. Keeping your self buffs up at all times helps...
Are you playing your warrior manually?
You have to understand the class and all is abilities, I guess that goes for all classes. As pointed out already by others, gear and maxing out your AA's will go a long way. Grind away and complete collection sets to get the AA's. The good news is warriors...
I noticed that today when I logged on. It made me think of Shelby when he turned to and hired modders that were modding cars out of their own home garages. EQ would be smart to take that same concept and go after guys that are experts at modding everquest. Just my thoughts, but I think if they...
I always drive the team and handle pulls with my warrior. I don't see much of a reason to switch toons for pulling. I think just do what works best for you.
