I think your problem may come from the throttling of your laptop's processor to conserve battery power.....I am not sure, but there is probably a way to lock your laptop at a certain speed, and maybe fix it. I seem to recall someone posting a few months ago that they could actually speed up EQ...

I Sacced a monk down to level 46.......he had very few AAs to start, but he did have Run 3. Once he was below level 51 he began running at normal run speed. It could just be that all AAs are turned off below 51, but I doubt it since you can use the Vet rewards at all levels.....

The VeliumBits macro is awesome. It only took me about 120 Small Pieces of Velium to get from 212 to 222. (lucky I'm sure, as thats only 60 combines) It involves very minimal farming now that you get 2 of the smaller pieces anytime you use a chisel in a conversion and its cheap! (comparatively)...

I had a problem using Aug sealers at one time, was very similiar to what you describe. It cleared up when I swapped back to default UI.

I can say form experience that the method posted here: http://www.redguides.com/community/showthread.php?t=5793 doesn't work. The corpse will poof shortly (1 minute or so for me) after the donating character's name is changed and the name of the first character will be caught in the naming...

I also think its safe to say that there is a good potential for profit ($$$) should someone be willing to share it.........though if the method thats out there is the corpseloot one, it might be better for it to stay under wraps!

The corpse is not in the location that I left it, it does not show up on MQ2map and is not targetable. It is possible that its stuck in shadowrest or somewhere.....I figured if I could get a new character made with the right name, I might be able to recover with the corpse summoning altar, or...
