Anniversary Group Task: Infiltrating the Guardian Only when the anniversary quest are up I am not sure if this got nerfed but I do know that they took the quest giver out weeks before the rest of them. This only works for level exp as the mob's I killed con gray to me at 95 I found out that...- ludy
