Is it just the percentage under the common tab for mob low hp% or is there a separate one specific to mez? They were over this threshhold but didn't get mezzed. It only seemed to happen with a 2 pull where one mob had to be mezzed. I turned it all the way down to 1% for the low hp and he still...

I'm playing on the new TLP and have a bard with the level 53 spell Song of Twilight. Bard does a great job mezzing initially, but after that will not remez. Because AE mez isn't available yet I have disabled that. Mob shows up on CC target list, mez countdowns, and bard is targeting to check...

Is there a way to turn off the automatic casting of the spell twincast (not aa version). I love manual assist in a raid setting but hate loosing twincast on trash. Specifically a level 100 wiz.
