    Release SpellBookUtility

    Been trying to figure it out over an hour. Can get it kind of working, using the movepagetofront seems to work sometimes. Playing with the settings in ini files can get me different results moving a page of spells to a different page, but seems to have a ton of errors. Cleanup wont work for me...
