    Turn in Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe to Omat Vastsea (Timorous) -Receive Orb of Frozen Water (Timorous) This is the easiest point to mq it at, The robe is tradeable and handing it in results in 1 of the orbs needed for the final turnin . Hope this helps.
