It has nothing to do with what tier you are on, just what faction you have. Its warmly I think to get this. None of my alts have done any of the progression but they are all max ally from handing in tokens.

Just pl normal to lvl 41 then start kiting. Kiting before that is too slow imo. With a bard I pl in sola on gnomes from lvl 7-41 in a couple hours using the a druid. Just afk the bard casting aoe damage in a corner and pull with druid using aoe snare making sure to snare many times to keep...

Check the thread that is stickied called Plvling Zones lvl 1-70 (BARD MACRO)+(PLVLING). There are real good write ups in there. I personally used them for 62-65 with no problems. Just got to go through the thread and find them.

The locs I use for DoN missions are inside walls not under the mob. So if you are facing the mob the ranger should be able to shoot the mob. Not sure though I only use bards and druid.

Nice, I like to use locs where I can do 2 of the drakes without having to rewarp there is another loc I use for drakes 5 and 6 but not at home atm. Why do you face a certain direction? In my experiences there is no need, Just have your map open and right click on the drake to target.

Well we were talking about a way to tell what loc the mob is at the whole time, so by following along the logic path of the conversation I was talking about warping to a target not a loc. Oh well no biggie.
