    I noticed my bard is not mezed at all in combat. Tried my best to look into it so I had more than "Bard Broke" when posting. On normal servers, the lv 110 single and aoe mez can hit up to 113. On Vaniki the spell is raised up to 123. Is it possible to get a toggle for level check or write...
