    Question - MQ2 kills the framerate of non active EQ windows for me, any idea why?

    I came across this thread looking for a solution. i did not have that plugin loaded. the fix was in the ini file under [FrameLimiter]. i set Enable=0, saved it, then unloaded and reinjected and the windows didnt lose framerate in the background anymore.
