when loading plugin, im getting alot of "nothing defined in this section" for nearly every section. (buffs/dps/burn/heals and what not)

ini files are filled out correctly i do believe but nothing is "firing" when loaded i guess. idk they dont want to do the actions the files say they should be doing in game, they just stand there and if im lucky do the absolute bare minimum so i guess thats a start i just cant figure out the...

I can't figure this out anymore, I do the same things I used to do previously, except now it doesn't do a lick of good :(
