I got the problem, I compared with default/EQUI.XML Yes, you can compare this EQUI.xml between "EQ Folder/uifiles/default/EQUI.xml" you should find a description not in "EQ Folder/uifiles/default/EQUI.xml" so I delete the line and reload this UI. it works for me now.
