All the "Force of _____" AAs for wizards, to activate between spell casts, make a significant amount of DPS but I don't see them included at...

Why would you include the Sarnak Focus of the Elemental Deathseeker when all chest clicks are also on the same timer 16? I know the SFotED is 360sec cooldown versus the typical 600sec on chest clicks, but...
