i even rebooted computer and still getting this

in some zones, that have higher levels, auto picking up ground spawns wont work in certain areas, for example Top of the tree in Evantil, is there anyway to get it to work?

I prefer to use blood frenzy to get to 90, ritual is keeping me at 66% health
