This seems to be the issue. I removed all "Large Bag" from my inventory and things went back to working

using: /echo Slot 23 Type: ${Me.Inventory[23].Type} All 3 types of bags are resolving as either "Tradeskill Bag" or "Large Bag" Is "Large Bag" not supported?
