Yes I do already have one in inventory. It tries to cast it regardless. It will stop if we have a mob targeted and then resumes once it's dead nonstop. Can have a brand new one and will cast again and tell me I can't have more than 1 lore item of this type.

My main, a 125 mage. I'm having an issue with the new aa mod rod VIII. It keeps casting it over and over. I have no idea if its a bug, but I have rebooted, refreshed, unloaded, reloaded etc. to no avail. It also bypasses the new Fusillade of Many spell completely as well. If you have any ideas...
