it doesnt matter what toon im on. They all crash while zoneing into PoK also i cant load back into game once i crash unless i Turn off MQ or return home

whats the best way to copy and paste those, or do i need to just write them all down?

maybe this is a noob question but every time i zone to PoK with MQ running i crash on the toon zoning in. I assume there is a plugin im using that is freaking out due to the large number of npcs's/pc's in that zone. any help would be appreciated, thank u.
