currently stuck on excavator quellin, just standing still waiting like he is going to pop w/o killing the mercenaries in the zone. killed tarn macklin but it never auto looted the cracked dragon bone and progressed to the next part

nope not in combat, inviz while traveling is turned off. doing it in every zone

any idea why it keeps chain pausing, its making me run like 20 ft and stop the whole way
