    Problem - SHM wont heal tank

    I have tried setting the SHM to only heal, as in turning off buffs/dps/etc other than heals. Setting to 75% didnt work either. Now that the WAR is 20 with provoke, nobody else needs heals. Still no healing applied to the WAR. Thank you for the suggestions!

    My shaman won't heal my WAR. SHM will buff the group, and heal everyone else. SHM will also debuff. INI's for SMH and WAR posted below. I also noticed that there are many blocked buffs on the warrior that I cant remove. Most are unknown, and most notable Greater healing is blocked for some...
