Max tries works fine. Recast after a fizzle does not. It's part of the wiki description. " Features: Reliably casts spells (auto-recasts on fizzles or gate collapses)". Not happening, at least for me.

I noticed MQ2cast is not recasting on fizzle's. Anyone else notice this? Is there a fix?

It's fixed and the solution was simple once I got my thinking helm on. I was putting MQUI_DoCrackWnd,xml in a defunct directory. Sony changed where they install the game. They now install to C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest, Sorry to be a bother. Thank you...

My problem is when I try to load Docrack I get the error "can't find MQUI_DoCrackWnd.xml in /uifles/Default or uifiles/default". I have win7 and Everquest resides in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\. I have copied MQUI_DoCrackWnd.xml from the latest compile to C:\Program Files...

I have same symptoms as Toneman07. Took same corective actions and got same results. I then reloaded The Addicts Ban'ei Compile 11.23.2011a.zip version and that version works correctly just like before.
