Macroquest2 is making EQ crash is there something that can be done to stop this from happening( other than not running MQ2)?

I downloaded TurkReno's MQ2 pre-compile Version 2.6.0. In that compile there is the MQ2Linkdb plugin. It says that you need to download the database and unzip the items.txt file to the mq2\release directory, but I don't have a mq2\release directory, where should I unzipthe items.txt file to?

I downloaded From macroquest.com site, unzipped to A created MQ2 folder, then doubleclicked macroquest2.exe and that's when i get the unable to open missing MQ2.dll
