Go to where your waypoints are... in Vista that's this folder:
C:\Users\YourWindowsUser\AppData\Local\Funcom\Conan\Prefs\YourAccount
in XP it's different... but if you've ever tweaked your waypoint folder... same spot... it's the local data folders...
There is a file called Prefs_2.
edit this file in notepad and change these lines towards the bottom:
To that. They are set to 2 and 5 by default I think it is... This takes away the fade in/out of the loading screens. When you rez in the same zone, this makes it so there is basically no load screen. Most NPCs/players won't be drawn in yet... but that problem happens when you're sprinting in crowded areas anyways. Same thing as that.
But yeah, I highly recommend this change.
