zone into zones you are not flagged for

Okay, dont know if this is known or not, so just posting it now if you have mq2allzone loaded at least this works for me you can /zone zonenamehere even if you do not have the flag you get that special red message then booted to char selection screen, when you log back in your in the zone you trid to zone into then you just /lockazone and bam your in w/o a key great for getting alts loots w/o working on their progression.

Your character has certain character flags (just read your EQPlayers profile) So having items that are no drop from a zone you can't be virted into would be a red flag. Not just to GMs but to your friendly neighbourhood green-eyed with jealousy bastard neighbour just waiting to tell the GM that may or may not have missed it

You'd have less chance of getting caught with Time gear on an unflagged toon than VT gear. Time you can claim a virt into. Not so with VT

The zone files for cshome were posted on here I believe a while back... probably almost a year ago though. The only issue was that you couldn't get in unless your account was flagged for it.

Not 100% True. 2 reasons. On a Certain Server you can buy the shit. And Second you can say you had the stuff before the keyring was invented therefore negating any contrary beliefs. Btw, Keyring came out During late Luclin so you could have potentially deleted your VT key once your uber guild was done with that crappy piss-poor designed expansion =P.

i got the key for seb the other day, and i was only 51, and couldn't zone, so i assumed that soe fixed it so i had to be a certain level.
now, bare in mind i have piggy and allzone loaded, and neither one got me into seb. I tried the zone command several times and it just wouldn't let me in. kept saying i don't meet the zone requirements. I'm very interested in these two plugins, i would like to see a list of zones they do work for, for sure.

You can NOW /zone into keyed zones.

It is working either they originally messed it up or they broke it with the fabled but you can now get into keyed zones.

I believe keys are client side and flags are server side. So essentially you can find the offset and bypass it.

Flag is like regen or mana regen things that are kept server side and can't be fooked with.

Key is like Faerune you can trick the server into thinking you have it.

Ok so if I understand this correctly I can only zone into zones with keys like sebilis or something? No planes of fire or Qvic since they are not really keyed? I can only hit zones that requiers me to loot a key then click the door?

you can zone into fire but you will CTS. When you re-enter you will have to find a way to lock the zone otherwise you will get booted.

You can zone into flagged zones but you will get booted unless you have lockazone on. Keyed zones you can't get booted from.
