I know this is an old thread, but I’d like to know: will xtarget heals work on a toon that is not on the same eqbcs server? I’d like my cleric to auto heal my wife’s SK.

that depends on what system you're using for those heals - but almost certainly yes it would be irrespective of being on the same eqbcs.

I'm going to assume this is a kiss question and move it to that section, please correct me if otherwise

What @Sic said. Xtarget heals are independent of eqbcs. Heck you can even heal mobs using xtarget heals, well you can at least try.

Oddly enough that much make my life easier when power leveleveling with ench charm in profile lol . Thank.
