Am I reading this correctly? Does this mean all my wizzies Force of XXX get a 500 point per cast bonus? If this is true; this is insane and this is the only FTP item in game that has this effect!

Wiz AAs have mana cost now don't they?

It should add to the sym procs though.

There are a few symproc belts too, but I think they're all in raids still. So a boon belt probably still nice, there are still symprocs that will benefit from it. Although it might be better if you have melee loot it first :P (there is also a tank slow belt, and I think I saw a few of them dropping in eok group now? I'm not sure, data still not fully filled in :P)
