Question - Working on new 120 Warrior Ini and could use some feedback

Trying to get some additional DPS abilities into Sic's ini. What do all of you warriors feel about these?

DPS48=Vehement Rage|100|Cond37

Vehement rage should imo, not be used on a tanking warrior, yes it improves his dps, but also lowers the healing he takes, so depending on the situation its just not a super good skill to use while tanking
