Problem - Wizard not burning

For some reason my wizard isn't burning on named. Just took down Xalgoz and NONE of his burns activated. I don't know how I could have screwed this up, especially since I didn't change anything. Using KA 11.002.

lose the hp numbers. [Burn] section doesn't use them

Yeah, Burn will just run down the list regardless of the Named mobs health. So just put them in the order you'd ideally like them to fire. Burn normally goes down the list once, but I think the devs are updating that to try the list multiple times.

You can add target types to Burn entries, like |Mob or |Me or |MA or |pet, but nothing else.

personally, I moved all my burns out of the burn sections and into dps

or for heals:
