not sure if this is relevant, but you don't need |99 in the burn section. Burn sections attempts to run each ability, in order, exactly 1 time. If it fails, it moves on to the next and does not repeat the process. It's possible that KA is looking for a ability spell "Call of Xuzl|99" which is not a match for "Call of Xuzl"

Drop the second tag(|99) as @SA_krycek suggested. That Second tag can only be blank or one of the following: Mob, Me, MA, or Pet. if left blank it is defaulted to mob.
