Problem - Windows update (9/30) now 6box is using 50%+ as much CPU

I finally got everything up and running and was even able to run 12 guys at once. However, windows forced an update on me last night and now my computer is running much slower. I never experienced lag on my characters before but now I have to click things 3 times before it registers due to lag.

Also, my 6box was running between 35-50% CPU (no lag) yesterday morning and now its 70-80% (with the lag).

Anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / debug or have seen this kind of windows update issue before? Literally nothing changed on my side other than that update. I have spent 3 hours this morning trying to simply get my computer performance back (again - have a pulse https://www.maingear.com/custom/notebooks/pulse17/ with 32gb or memory). It seems that my CPU usage is about 15-18% at rest (no applications running) when I believe it used to sit around 2-5%.

Very annoying.

Sorry, I meant to post back on this. Thanks for the help ctaylor22, I had to ultimately roll back my update.

It is troubling that Windows forces updates on you that make your computer run significantly worst. Wish PC didn't lead the gaming market sometimes...
