Windows 7 weirdness (1 Viewer)

I am getting a warning from windows 7 when I log into EQ.

"Launchpad requires administrative access blah blah blah...

I have ever .exe file I can find configured to run as administrator. Both in the everquest folder and the launchpad folder.

While this warning is only a nuisence it would be nice to make it go away, anyone have any idea how??
