Where's the King of Droga

Used to be, he spawned at a fixed spot. You could go there and get good tribute items.

Sony didn't like that, apparantly. (sigh)

so.... he's gone. Messages on Allah's are confused. He's random. He has a ph but nobody knows what it is...etc.

Anybody here know where the King went ??
