Where would I find the sources for the rg version of mq2 and plugins ? Does it compile with VS2017 ?
Is there documentation available on what functions are callable from within a plugin ie writing to the mq2 window ? www.macroquest2.com seems pretty out of date about this stuff, is even referencing vs2005 ...
While I have ideas for stuff I want to try and hopefully contribute if I can make it work, it's also imprortan for me that I can use the latest c++ features, so I can not only learn mq2 but also modern c++. I'm a professional programmer but also sort of a dinosaur. In our company we still work with Fortran. But hey at least I could avoid Cobol... And I also use c and classical c++ (pre 11).

The source for mq2 is available on the main website, and it does compile with vs 2017. The documentation is pretty weak i've spent what seems like days pouring over the source code looking at the functions available. What plugin's are you looking to update?
