this is very strange, my bard LD in Forgotten Halls, when I tried to log him back, I have a little window saying : This zone is unavailable !!!
What can I do appart from telling a GM
Do you think after the timimg of 6 hours he'll be available again ?

If you wait 6 hours, you should be able to use the Return Home option to get your character out of the instance. If that don't work I dunno =)

i just used stuckchar channel and had the gm boot my ass from instanced....
