This is also just another reason why EQMule has refused to release a copy of MQ2 for the TrueBox servers. Someone else took it upon themselves to do it and this is what happens.

Sadly even though none of us here condone it and even look poorly on the decision to use MQ2 on those serves ... We're still the people who will get the blowback from them violating daybreaks policy and using MQ2 there. Even if Daybreak doesn't blame us for their actions their community sure does.

Absolutely! As someone who maintained the compile here for a couple of years, even through the "black period", I play on Agnarr and done use anything. Why? Because they asked us not to on that server. It's respect for a very specific rule set, knowing full well that they are looking the other way on live servers.

It is enough of a challenge to read TLP forums on Daybreak forums without facepalming.

There seems to be two large factions of people on Agnarr.

One group thinks that boxing a few characters using a few computers and maybe going afk to bathroom is not a crime. Live and let live.

Second group thinks you should be playing only one character, always at your computer and that all boxers should DIAF.

Also it is hilarious how many think that MQ2 use is rampant on Agnarr when it cannot be so.

This guy was an exception, a stupid one. How he managed to compile MQ2 while being so obstuse no idea.

It's not clear from that video that he is using a MQ2 build, but I'll look into moving some structs into mq2ic. Let the war begin. I didnt start it, but I'll damn well finish it if this is how people are gonna behave.

I would assume that one "smart" guy figured out how to make it work then he handed it out (or sold it) to a bunch of retards. It's usually how things like this go.

I was in the same guild as Sinbyen... our raid schedule had as spawning picks just to get that bloody ground item.

We ended up dropping loads of grubs just to see those buggers popping around us!
